In the light of recent events we would like to point out the following:
We can assure you that we are in stock for the long term and therefore do not expect any delivery problems of our products with regard to material availability. The now even closer exchange with our suppliers regarding the raw materials we use and their availability is guaranteed.
Nevertheless, we must draw your attention to the fact that there may be delays in delivery due to the spread of the coronavirus. Due to possible controls at border crossings and shortage of cargo space due to limited air and sea traffic, we cannot currently make any guaranteed statements about delivery dates. We will of course do our best to meet your desired delivery dates. We would like to ask you to take this into consideration when procuring materials and to allow for longer delivery times.
We must urgently ask you to inform us immediately about possible closures of your plants or changed goods acceptance times, otherwise it may lead to additional costs for you due to return deliveries or new deliveries. We would therefore ask you to understand that if goods cannot be delivered, we will have to charge for the return transport separately. Due to the current situation, this exception comes into force immediately and is valid until revoked.
Our forwarding agency is also instructed to comply with more stringent hygiene measures.
In this exceptional situation, we would like to set a good example in order to stem the further spread of COVID-19. Therefore we will design our office operation via home office workstations from now on. For this reason it can come to limited and time-delayed communication.
